Ventile Fabric Collaboration

Ventile kindly sponsored their amazing performance fabrics for the Trine Lindegaard Spring/Summer 2012 collection.

Ventile fabrics were originally developed to be used for military purposes and were used by the army in World War 2. They are still used by the army today. The difference between Ventile and other British performance fabrics lie in the specially tight woven technique which makes the 100% cotton fabric completely waterproof without any need for treating or coating the fabric.

Here are a few images of a coat designed especially for Ventile. I wanted to keep it really simple as I wanted the material to speak for itself and instead focused on the finishings and smaller details.
